New Product Laserlite One Shot fasteners are a revolution in ease of installation for Laserlite 2000 and Laserlite Plus plastic sheeting. These new fasteners have a self cutter on the shank of the screw that cuts an oversize hole in the roofing allowing for thermal expansion and contraction. As well as speeding up the installation (and halving the number of electric drills required on the the roof), the screws also self centre themselves meaning that the screw is seated in the correct position. The One Shot Fasteners are sold in a packet of 50 for $30.00 including GST. Polycarbonate flashings and Foam Infills (as above) are available. Anti-Noise tape is available to stick to the tops of the purlins to reduce the friction and the noise created by sheet expansion and contraction. A full selection of tek screws (both wood & metal) as well as washers including EPDM seals, 32mm weatherlok seals and metal profile cyclone washers are available upon request. Polycarbonate and Aluminum joiners and capping are available for use with Twinwall polycarbonate, acrylic and flat polycarbonate sheeting. Anti-Dust tape is available for insuring that the penetration of dust and water is kept to a minimum on Twinwall.
